This is disgusting. Basically the chickens are raised here, slaughtered here, shipped to China and prepared there, then shipped back to us.....I will continue to raise 30 chickens a year from now on

Completely pointless to boot. Things are pretty messed up, in a very bad way. How did we get into a situation where it is worthwhile in any sense to ship slaughtered chickens to Asia then have them shipped back? Can Americans no longer process their own meat? I do not know if I can afford the local farms or raise chickens, but I may have to look more seriously into options.

LMAO!

Could it be that government regs on the employer (not the FDA of the chicken itself) have become such a pain in the caboose that its cheaper and easier to ship over to China and them do it?
