What yall drivin?

How do ya'll afford gas for them big jacked up f-250's. It prolly costs a dollar every time you shift gears.

Only $1 every gear shift? I wish. With this new ethanol blend crap, I'm lucky to see 12mpg on the hwy.
Although I did find out a way to add 3-4mpg from Mullinax Ford in Apopka. According to their Service Department manager, if you add 3oz of Amzoil 100:1 2-stroke oil to every 5 gallons of ethanol blend gasoline, it negates the effects of ethanol from wear and reduced mpg. He said it will not void factory warranty either. Also switching out to 0W30 synthetic oil will help. The only reason Ford switched to 5W20 was for emissions. I'm running 3oz of Lucas Oil Fuel Treatment per 5 gallons of gas and 5W30 Castrol Edge for oil now, and I haven't seen a change yet. But, I've only gone 60 miles since the oil change an fill up. I need to find an Amzoil distributor now. I know I get 4-6 mpg better on real unleaded gas instead of the ethanol garbage.

i was driving the jeep til today. water pump bearing is goin. cant fix it til this weekend. drivin a loaner.

Driving a 2002 Ford F-150 Super Crew 4x4 Lariat w/ 5.4 Ltr. It's a gas pig, but it has all the power I need for towing and digging. It's been pretty good. tranny took a dump on me after 290,000+ miles, but it has a new one now with a 3 yr /100,000 mile warranty. Should be good for another 290k miles. :clap

I love mine it gets 28 mpg hwy

fixed the jeep saturday, one of the easier repairs i have made. i love it when there is room to work.
