might have a small chance of getting permission from the corp if explained youre an adjoining landowner, nothing to lose. but if they say no stay the hell off it.

Well whats gonna happen is there gonna strip mine the land in a few years,destroy everything and it will sit vacant till then.

just telling you what I think the legal/ethical thing to do would be, not neccesarily what I'd do. I've been a bit of a law breaker and risk taker at times, mostly in my earlier years, when I could run faster

they would say no, then try to buy your land too.
