Yeah the larger vesel has the right a way. If you look at the wake of the fag azz hippy boat they were gassing towards the large whaling boat. To bad they didn't kill them.
There are a bunch of videos up on youtube now. If you look closely, you can see the bat boat powering forward in front of the whalers. They were clearly at fault. That is the first rule of boating is that the smaller boat always gives way to the larger one
