It was during a feeding demo,guests witnessed the attack and were evacuated from the building. I guarantee somebody had film. They say the whale thought she was a seal.I think the whale just wanted some payback.

Any of ya'll seen the statements from PETA? It's absolutely amazing. Surprised they didn't come right out and say the trainer deserved it and had it comin. Heartless SOBs!
im not saying the trainer had it coming, im sayin they certainly run a certain risk in working with those animals. its kinda like the lion 'tamers' at the circus, they are not in control, it sucks it happened. its too bad its goin this way for everyone involved.
the whale did not eat 3 other people. some were crushed by jump. one was a homeless guy they said snuck in the park and died in the tank, not sure if he was chewed on, i thought i heard he drowned in the tank too. it was involved in other deaths though. these things are instinctual just like any other living thing. they are not predictable and shouldn't be handled as such. i really dont believe that this whale is a maneater, or it would have killed alot more people by now. just unfortunate.
