is it just me being immature and impatient, or does time stand still when your gun is at the smith? can't wait to feel that 1 1/2 pound timney trigger. have found a lot of smiths VERY hesitant to make triggers lighter than 3-4 lbs (all liability BS). paid a smith a while ago to work the trigger on my mdl 7 and it is much lighter, very smooth with no creep/grit or over-travel and thought it was great but now the carpal tunnel and wrist brace and it is just OK at best, measured it at 4 lbs. gunboy has a rem mtn rifle with a noticeably better/lighter/smoother trigger and supposedly totally stock. my mdl 7, new was horrible, felt kike 8 lbs and felt like you needed 2 fingers to work the trigger. may decide to put a 2-2 1/2 pound timney in that one also if I really like this one and ignore higher priority honeydo list things like fixing the leak in the roof, or buying new underwear that are older than most of our members, lol.
