It's about time. Finally, a state gov't that's being fiscally responsible.

shouldn't use marksmen, target practice would be better.
I say that they should give the surviving family members the option of pulling the trigger, even if they can't shoot. Heck, it'd be even better if they were lousy shots. That way the SOB would have to suffer until they run out of ammo.
