This isnt a switch. I drove to perry to ford place and got a switch. Still didnt work. Probably some electrical component that has. A dollar in material and costs an arm and leg

I feel your pain Allen. I haven't had a payment on any vehicles in 3 years. Was thinking a few months back about trading both of my trucks in and getting a new one. Decided that I didn't want any payments and wanted to keep my cash so I figured I'll drive these till the tires fall off. 1 1/2 months ago I had to replace my window motor. 1 1/2 weeks ago I had to replace my steering gear box. 4th of July my a/c fan smoked along with some wiring. I took it in Friday and should get it back today I hope. I've got 203,000 miles on my daily driver now and started looking into putting another motor in it when this one goes.
Ended up being the wiring harness in the passenger door. I got raped on the labor and price but thats all part of going to a dealership. ANd I told the service manager that. I can buy the same parts on line for a 1/3 of the price and put that kind of stuff in in less than 2 minutes. I still have one more switch to replace in this truck. My back sliding window hasn't worked in 2 years. That one will make 5 switches and a wiring harness Ive had to buy over the years..
Also had three recalls on my truck. They took care of those and so I was there for 3 hours. That is I think 7 visits now in 3 weeks to either go get parts or go get something fixed. Done at this point. I way drive it off the skyway next time. Missed too many appointments and been late to too much stuff
