There is a tree company out here trimming limbs out of the power lines on my street. They have been in the neighborhood for over a week now. There are 2 trucks, one person in the bucket on each working cutting limbs. There is an additional 8 guys standing there watching. They have not moved for 30 minutes. I need to get a job like that

EDIT*** I do appreciate the job they do

This is rediculous 🙄
Going back to Friday this will make the 4th time they have been in front of my house cutting on the same tree. They showed back up at 4:30 yesterday and cut a bunch more stuff(after I cleaned up the street). Now they are back this morning setting up to cut again. What a waste of tax dollars. Do it correctly the firstt ime and move on

They are actually contracted and paid by the power company. I have seen them do this before, they get a ticket from the power company to trim a stretch of road and will milk it out. Call the power company and they will get them moving.

all govt jobs are like that.. I worked doing all the trim work in the clearwater court house.. I was the lead carpenter.. I could get 2 whole giant windows done in one day.. (i mean tall courthouse windows). But i would only do 1 a day.. they had so much money i milked the hourly pay of 17.50 an hour til the end of the contract. I could not charge them per window since it was all custom work.
