Unless you want to go Out west sun dance is out. There is the green corn festivle that the seminols do.It should be comming up soon, but you will have to get the tribal concels permission to attend.
You cant outlaw something that is held on a reservation. Thats how they got away with the casinos.
The fasting sucked.Going without water was worse. The dance is even tougher.But the experience was great. I wont be going again anytime soon. 😆 The Green corn is good also if you can gain access. When I lived at the lake I worked for an auto repair place and got to Know the chief well. I went to alot of the ceramonies and even got to go on a couple of hunts on the Brighton reservation.
