You need to remember the saying,"When your ankle pops loud enough to hear it and it hurts bad enough to make you puke, GO TO THE @#$&"?! DOCTOR!".

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

It's actually not too bad, considering my foot was cocked sideways and I had to pop it back in place... Just taking the RX Naproxen (Aleve) they gave me. I really thought it would be worse
I just have no stability in the ankle so I have to be extremely careful till I get it seen about.

Skyy has helped me endure tonight as well..................

don't use all the ice for the vodka, save some for the ankle.
