Mine will go out from time to time. Was it windy? That will make a big difference.

No not really, probably just didn't light when I thought it did.

Any time I had a problem I just mailed it to them and they repaired it and sent is back. Just Shoot them an email and they will help you out

you know this is really dumb but they have these inserts that are attractants. probably not but thought i would put my 2 cents worth in , mine has worked for 3 years now without fail
