The old timer's way of trolling those 52M mirrolures will be lost forever once their generation is gone. I've caught many trout and reds in that river during my youth (when we had a river house) from an old timer's guidance. I still remember those old guys trolling mirrolures and the others hand lining the plugs like it was yesterday. I would sit on the dock and watch them catch fish on 52Ms and handlines which was entertaining to me even if I wasn't catching many. That was back in the early 90s and things have changed around there alot.
He and his generation of fishermen will definitely will be missed!
