I've been checking the nest this week with no eggs. ??? Had me wondering why no eggs. Today I went out to check on my girls and feed and water them. I was checking the nest and fluffing the hay and low and behold under some of the hay is the reason why... Son um bit h was hiding out. He had my girls all stressed out. Can't have no invaders in my nest...

Pretty yellow rat. I haven;t seen one in years. Funny, my turkey was sitting on a PILE of eggs. I saw her off the nest today while she was on one of her breaks. I only counted 10. No idea where the eggs are going
