I've been using Steiner binoculars for the boats and woods for the better part of the last 12 yrs or so. I left my 1st pair in my boat overnight and of course they were stolen about 5 yrs ago. I immediately went out to get a replacement and went with the exact same ones again. Navigator Pro C's. Today I was in the woods and noticed that the screw on cover for the battery was missing. Got home and looked online for a replacement and couldn't find anywhere that sold the cap or even listed it. I decided to call them direct to buy one if they would sell it. After a 3 min conversation the guy says it will be here within 3-5 days. I asked him how much and he tells me no charge. :rockon I just wanted to give a shout out for a company with great customer service so if anyone's in the market for a new pair you can't go wrong with Steiner. And the auto focus is a true pleasure to use.
