Some people need to realize.....

I am in the HVAC bus. I had 1 named George - I always quoted him double the regular rate and would allow him to talk me down 25% and then take 50% down payment so I could not get burnt-- he never caught on until he saw a ad on - this thing called the internet - but he always paid me the agreed upon prices- and the only reason I did this was when I 1st met him a few years before he tried to low ball my then boss - so when I saw him again under my control I got him 1st ---lol

I get it from the ones who want a free written estimate for their insurance. I don't waiste my time anymore. They file a claim,get the ins check,then get some cheap slug to do the work.

Yes i get it that way too!!! I just had that happen. A guy had me actually fight and call his ins to get him double the money!!! Then kept the check and never called me back!!!

Charge them for a "claim estimate" I used to get between $200-300.
