Yes sir. I like the squeeze bottles from Neilmed better. Its a strange feeling at first but ... it REALLY makes a significant difference for chronic problems. The electric model is nice if you have not done it before. You dont want to blast it through your sinuses.
Here is a simpler solution you can try. I can tell you it does work because I drink it everyday.
My sinuses are not acting up like they use to. One trip to the woods and I would be clogged up for 5 days.
Go to publix and purchase Bragg organic raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with "Mothers" in the Greenwise section.
Mix 1 teaspoon to 8 - 12 oz of water. Drink 1 glass of this everyday. I drink a little through out the day not all at once.
You can add a little honey or lemon to it if needed.
It does work.
Been drinking ACV in water religiously for 2 years now, and never been healthier.
