Last year in tiger bay the skeeters (MO Squats) were so heavy as some one walked you could literally see a cloud fallowing them.
They've been horrible in the woods!! Damn near pick ya up and carry ya away
Has anyone tried the "earth scent" wafers in the thermacell? I picked up the jumbo pack of them a while back and finally used one the other day while working my stands and feeders. They stink!! Actually smells like fake dirt, if there is such a thing. Think I will pick up a box of the regular pads...(that sounds bad)
it sure does!, I hate it when I get the wrong pad,lol. did you notice if they worked any better or worse though? if you thought what you said sounded bad, hold onto your hat. I RE-USE my pads, lol! soak em in agriculteral grade permetherin from tractor supply.
I strapped my t-cell to my belt loop and was skeeter free for the most part while tinkering with my ladder stand for about an hour
