should have drug him back in the store and finished the job and everything would have been ok, once he is fleeing it's hard to justify self defense/imminent danger
any judge that agrees to hear a case is an idiot. it should never make it to court, he got almost all of what he deserved.
gotta love the Castle Doctrine, Here in florida you can shoot a fleeing criminal, because the rule of thought is you dont know if he is fleeing, or backing up to regroup and then resume attacking. I agree the shooter needs to spend some more time on the range or get a more lethal firearm/bullet. I wouldnt be surprised if he was carrying a .380 they just dont have the needed stopping power in my opinion. Which is why I carry a .45 well that, and becasue they dont make a .46 :gangsta :eek :eek
