How many days, weeks, months has it been since Magpul announced they were leaving Colorado? Either they aren't really moving or they are staffed by a bunch of people who can't make a command decision. I am seriously starting to think it was nothing but a publicity stunt and they are only going to move a small part of their manufacturing out of state if any. At any rate they should have better managed this whole event and they are starting to look like Microsoft/Xbox in their cavalier attitude towards their consumers. I will withhold any purchases of their products until they out their moving vans where their big mouths are.

Magpul Industries Corp. Bryan Manley, we've said this about 1,000 times. We're moving. It's A LOT to move. We've already moved decent, but relatively small compared to the whole operation, chunks of product lines out of state. We are finishing up negotiations to move a majority of our manufacturing and a healthy handful of our main suppliers out of the state, and we're hoping to announce that soon. We've got a consultant company working on HQ location and the rest of manufacturing, also nearing completion. I moved into a small rental to get my family ready to move out of state. Remember that we are negotiating with multiple states, and we have to visit all these places, and it's an enormous footprint. Just the expansion project that we canceled here because of the legislation was over 100,000 sqft. Every state that we talk to can't believe how soon we want to get this rolling, as a company our size normally takes a lot longer to get a major move in the works. Also understand that although we're about 99.9% on one location and about 95% on the other, saying anything ruins our ability to negotiate the best arrangement for our business and our employees that will go with us. Saying anything early would be counterproductive. We're also, despite moving, engaged in lawsuits, injunctions, the political process, and other efforts to make sure this is reversed here and doesn't spread to other states. Believe me...no one wants to make the announcements more than me.
