Just found out one of our forum members has swine flu.. i pray that he recovers.

My daughter had the h1n1 back at the end of August. Ran its course like any other flu. They gave her meds for the symptoms, which is about all your can do. I'm like you kemster, the only time I ever caught the flu was after the military made me get a flu shot! The times I was able to be on leave, TDY or figure a way to avoid when they gave them out, I was fine. Of course, then I ended up pulling extra duty for all the guys out sick!
