Vigil is hard to get. You dont achieve it, you get voted a vigil member by the other vigils in the lodge.

the grand poo-bah was the head honcho of the racoon lodge on the honeymooners tv show with Jackie Gleason ( the great one ) some of you may be a little young for that, or maybe it was a yankee thing. did yall used to watch that down here?
