Ill mess with it again tomorrow. Wife came home with a new range hood for the stove and had to install that. Honey do's, I tell ya :hammer

they have grounding problems run a separate ground wire from the motor to the firewall should be good as new

Remove wipers and spray PB Blaster or WD40 down the shaft. Let sit for an hour then try.
