Well Sunday was demo day roof is out and re braced glue is drying. Wife went out and salvaged all the canvas and will re sew the flaps 900 Bucks saved. Got to replace all the foam board and then the Lunan board . Will get pics up later.

I had a pop-up at one time and it didn't have any heat in it and rather than adding weight to the top making it harder to pop up I bought the smallest window unit that I could find and mounted it to the rear bumperand framed it in the floor. That sucker would freeze you out of there. Just a thought!

The whole big benefit of the pop-up for me was you could get away from the koa's & others. As we got older/more $/less time & graduated to a converted greyhound bus, then airstreams, we were stuck with much more limited places you could take them & missed the pop-up.
Well got all my supplies in and will be getting back at It this weekend. Will post again
