scalding hot water (as hot as you can stand) will give you a couple hours of itch relief
Then the blisters will pop and ose from the burn of scalding hot water.

I'm ate up with it from the lease last weekend. I didn't have my shirt tucked in and somehow I got it bad right at the belt line on my backside. I've never had a reaction to it before but do now. It's driving me nuts with the itching.
This crap spread bad. Went to clinic in town. She says definitely poison ivy on original spot but thinks its a reaction to deet elsewhere. Got a steroid shot in my ass and prednisone. Ill get on the boat at some point

Medrol dose pack will take away the itch in a day and it will be gone rash wise in a week or less.
