Hang in there family is real hard to deal with, I have never meet you but from what I have seen threw your verious post you are good people. Dont let them push you to the point you could go to jail.

The worst in human nature comes out when money is involved. Especially in family. The old adage you can pick your friends but you cant pick your family seems to always come out at some point. Hang in there and keep the cool head. I could not agree more with your statement about getting your affairs in order early. I went through that recently with my mother. With 6 kids and no living will etc... It became pretty contentious at times. Fortunately my Mom turned out ok, but the damage to the family was done. She went to the Lawyer when she was released from the hospital.
My families thoughts are with yours during this time. Hopefully everything will turn out ok.
Seriously, even though you're cooled off, check out the chaplain or social worker at the hospital to be objective. They can also help set up future plans for settling affairs.
