I've visited both Pearl Harbor and ground zero in NYC. Never felt anything as powerful as that in my life... Approaching both sites felt like someone ripped your heart right out of your chest...

have gone into Pearl quite a few times. "Manning the rail" in dress uniform. used to moor pier side right across from battleship row.
