Is that the dam excruciating pain in the heels??? I am suffering from that. Feels like nails in your heels?? Right??

On Occasion I get athletes foot! Probably from the nasty showers in college. Our dorm rooms did not ave showers in them. Had to wear flip flops and still got that nasty crap on my feet. Just thought I would share that with you all.

plantar fasciitis Is actually damage to the main tendon the on the bottom of your foot. Ether torn or strained it swells. Feels really bad to steep on but to releave pain stretch your foot out first before you start walking

Yep every morning it feels like walking on nails in my heels.
