In the last couple years, I've really gotten into The Who. To me their stuff was way less pop oriented and they had a much edgier vibe going on compared to the other big British bands of the age.

Dang BPS you have suprised me! In a good way. While I don't care too much for the heavy metal head bangin' stuff I do appreciate some good ol' rock and roll. I listen to 107.3 FM The Eagle here in Tampa. They play some pretty good music but they also play crap like Pat Benatar and Billy Joel...both I can't stand and turn off the radio when they come on. But with that mix I'll get CCR, ARS, Led Zepplin, etc. All the good stuff so I just bear with it :>) Here's another favorite:
