well like many things it fell through, the person interested wanted it to fix up and resell.They said they would give me $300 then upped it to $400 I said no need it makes a better storage unit.My buddy informed me last night they have a buyer for it for $1300 as is so his heads up tip was helpful.Now buddy is trying to find out whom they had wanting it from them,lol.Heck if they would have hit my low price it would have been theirs for only $800 and that would have given them $400 profit.Oh well life goes on!
