187 is great for 6' FISHORDIE. I was 185 at 6'1" and ripped to the bone a very long time ago.
I started jogging last night as I have to keep the weight off during the hunting season when I skip all resistance training. My goal is to work up to jogging a mile non-stop like I could do in my college days. I normally gain 15 lbs from Oct-Jan because I skip all training but I can't afford to do that this year as I can tell my metabolism is slowing down.
i actually reweighed today at gym and hit my goal so eryting is irie now mon just gotta get cut up a lil bit more then ill b even happier but it feels great to hit my goal finally i been workin on it since bout dec now and just hit it this mornin ooorah for me but now i need to go get a new wardrobe cause nothin fits me what a good prob to have ya know,if anyone on this thred lives in dunedin area and wanna meet up on the causeway here for a walk jog or hit the gym lemme know
I hear that about the wardrobe, since dropping 85 my T-shirts and button downs look like dresses, gotta wear suspenders or pants/shorts will fall down, can't put anything heavy in pockets, but don't want to buy new clothes until goal wt is reached. looking to get rid of some 4,5,6 xl clothes.
Ah, yes, to be 26 again and have a metabolism that wasn't like that of a three-toed sloth!
the metabolism might be better now but it was really slow for a while after a car accident n stuff my bod got all whacked out ,3 herniated discs in low back two in neck and hair line frac vert in neck and one in low back as well that was main reason for weight gain couldnt hardly getup for a while
