200 lbs is a good wt for me and I never went over 240 until after 40 yrs old. the wt didn't go on in 3-4 months so don't expect it to come off AND STAY OFF that fast. without surgery 1-2 lbs a month slow and steady is said to be healthy and should stick.

what's your goal target wt? 6" 187 sounds about right depending on build. sometimes it's actualy hard to stop and you go the other way, too thin.

fighting wt is a whole nother story, usually much lighter. my fighting wt in college was 160 (too thin imo), and could count every rib. I wrestled 156 in 9th grade.
