I have to go tomorrow for follow up blood work, and a 2- hour glucose tolerance test. Was supposed to do it today but had too much work to do

Weight is holding the same. I honestly don't know how its not pouring off of me the way I am sweating. I went thru four shirts on one job today

I'm praying for all you guys. I battled with my weight earlier on in my teens and so far I've kept it mostly under control for over a decade. It's an uphill battle for sure and especially later on in life when your metabolism slows down.

Stress is a heck of a drug for me these days, as I'm finding it hard to maintain my weight because my appetite has weaned and i have concentrated in on supersets and modified circuit training while weight lifting. If you guys need another tool for weight loss I would highly recommend it!

IL@H, sounds like your metabolism has slowed down "starvation mode" try eating more frequently and quality calories (protein). it is actually possible to increase caloric intake and lose wt. sounds like you're doing good just keep plugging along and try to think of it as a permanent thing, not a temporary diet.

well broke the diet way back or you might say changed it from weight lost to building. Was to weak lack of stamina. I need to be able to carry 20 lbs in my pack for a 3 mile hike by September. This morning i did about 2 miles through the swamp without the pack. Man the boots felt like weights by the time i made it out.
Three miles on the pavement is a breeze compared to the swamp. Found a scrap but no new rubs yet.
