One thing that is often overlooked but very important for weight loss and overall health is testosterone levels. I had mine checked and mine is very low. Im pretty typical of most guys on here 5'8 230lbs. terrible eating habits. I work a job with terrible hours getting up at between 1 and 3 a.m. and getting done when the job is done. I always blamed my lack of energy on my work schedule but the doc said the low testosterone is what keeps most men my age from exercising. Im going on treatments and hopefully I will feel more like exercising so I can break the 200 mark for the first time in probably 15 years.

Very good point, Milkman. when my wife and I were going thru infertility testing years back, mine was very high. The levels can change though over time
