Munching on a big ole piece of venison cubed steak, fried nice n crispy, slapped right in the middle of a big ole cathead biscuit.
Hot cup of coffee, and Fox news on.... :cheers

Dinner last night, venison pot roast with lots of taters, carrots, celery chunks, chopped homegrown tomaters and sliced portabella mushrooms. Cooked slow all day in the crock post. Meat fell apart on it's own, lots of dripping for sopping up with homemade bread. Washed it down with a cold one!

Got a batch of venison jerky in the dehydrater right now.
