Thanks for the words of encouragement! Miss Joy brought a laptop to the hospital tonight so I could check in. Surgery went well, also the fluoroscopy injection in the opposite hip has eliminated the pain for now. The left knee is real tight, lots of therapy time coming up shortly. Going home tomorrow afternoon, a home health therapy group will make the daily visits for a few weeks. Thanks again for the kind words and prayers! Most of all I want to thank the Lord for getting me through another rough place in the road!

Bosssman, I'll probably carve a walking stick or two. That bed stead is way out of my league.
Got a big surprise this am. The Doc came by before 7 am and said I could go home! 1/2 day early, ok with me. Learning to use a walker to get around. Home health nurse coming in the am, therapy guys will be here Monday. Already have a knee machine with instructions for 3 hours a day.
