SO, I have really been wanting another snake for some time now. I grew up with a snake of some sort pretty much thru my childhood. Mostly rat snakes and hognoses, etc.
Been looking for one but didn't really want to invest a lot into it. A few days ago my friend put on FB that his kids had a boa and they wanted to get rid of it. I jumped to it and picked it up today.
It is extremely docile. I do have to change it's name though. They are big gator fans and they named it "Tebowa". Obviously I can't have that in this house!!!
Nice one, how does your son like it? I think I would have a hard time keeping mine from messing with it all the time.
I picked it up today so he hasn't seen it yet. Funny, today is my wife's birthday. I came home with it and said "easier to ask for forgiveness than permission". I drug it out of the truck and she adamantly said that is not what she had in mind for her birthday
