I think she has a mastitis. I have a pen out there I can stick him in. He realy bounced back well. Friday he was realy dehydrated and sun burnt. Today he is running around with my lab having a ball. He is a little smaller than all the others but he seems healthy. I just dont want the kids getting atached and have another cow I'm feeding and getting no return off of. One of the cowboys from the ranch next door said that we should let the mother dry up and sell her. This is all a learning curve for me. The only problem with getting advice from next dor is they dont speak alot of english.

They gave her some kind of shot and said to let her dry up and sell her.At least I think thats what they said. The property she is on does not have a head catch. I need to move her back to our pasture. We have some on that piece to keep the greenbelt. What do you think I should do with her? She looks like she could explode.

The cows are in Arcadia.I just wormed them so I do have to wait on the sale. I cant tell you what it was that they gave her. My wife bought a spirited horse and after it damn near killed a couple of people I sent him with the cowboys from next door. He is a great horse now but he doesnt understand english at all. 😆

Thanks for all the help. I'm alot better at killing animals than saving them.
