My wife is pretty good at cooking her food (Korean), but when it comes to other cuisine she has challenges! But I enjoy cooking and do a pretty good job when it come down to it. I don't mind cooking as long as she doesn't mind cleaning up after me when I'm done!
My wife is taught me how to clean while you cook so when you done everything is clean. This way your ready for the next order.
Cleaning up doesn't bother me. I could sit and watch somebody do it all day long!

Love Korean food! I tried my hand at making some spicy pork bulgogi and it turned out ok. Definately not as good as the korean restaurant, but still pretty good.
Ted, my aunt makes a shepards pie with mashed platanos instead of mashed potatoes. That's good stuff. Never heard of lasagna with platanos. Will have to look that up.
