Those plates musta been a hot item years ago. I have the same ones and seen a lot of pics of them on forums 😀
I do my straps similar. I season with natures seasoning. Dredge in flour/seasoned bread crumbs. I fry them hot and fast so they are crispy but are medium in the middle
Me and Cr0ck ate a whole venison strap and a half a hog strap at camp 2 weeks ago
