whats the alcohol content? the wifes uncle makes wine withwhat eves is in season. watermelon,strawberry,etc. even made some from rose peddles. He called it wine,but Id say it was half way inbetween
My guess is its about double normal wine. Depends on how long you ferment etc. Its almost impossible to get above 20% unless you distill (which is not legal). Store bought wine rarely goes above 10% I believe.

Do you use an alcohol hydrometer?
I did not with this batch. Last attempt it ended up around 18.
Cool..what do you leave the potential alcohol at. Dry or sweet?
