I'm thinking of doing the same thing here. Too many places sitting empty that are bigger and nicer than where I am, and they want less per month.

I wish I would have done it sooner. I bet they will lower your rent to keep you there.

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.
