MMM smoked mullet, you can't beat that. I just received word that they were netting some of the roe mullet already off our coastline so it won't be long and I will on the river with a bags of snatch hooks and if that doesn't work a gig and spotlight combo will.

can't do the goobers,grits or mullet but i have done my share of cabbage(and beano)with over cooked hog or curlew. smoked a lot of dolphin though, actually Mom did the smokin I did the eatin'.
