My sister just dropped by to pick up a computer I fixed for her, and she brought us some fresh smoked mullet. Her husband is one of those roadside BBQ guys, and today he's in Bradenton selling ribs, chicken and mullet. The mullet was very good, cleaned properly and seasoned just enough, smoked over some pecan wood. Makes me want to buy a net a re-learn how to throw it!
For all you mullet-haters, just ignore this thread. You obviously don't appreciate such fine fare. Probably don't like boiled peanuts, grits or swamp cabbage, either! But that's fine, leaves more for us poor crackers! :clap
rad your a mullet hater and should not be on this thread.
Gary save some of that for the rest of us.
When you get back down here, Tim, we'll go get us some mullet and have a fish fry!
That sound great. :toast I just hope it's by the time they are still running.
You can always find mullet somewhere! If not we'll just have to settle for redfish or trout, maybe some sheepshead or mackerel.
