I can knock the weight off. I have done it before. Its just a matter of committing to making life changing diet alterations and staying with them. My main problem is beer. 4-6 beers a day is where a lot of my weight and blood #'s comes from. Second problem is eating habits. That i am working on changing.
So far in almost a week I have not had a piece of bread, rice, pasta, or anything white and processed
Other thing is exercise. I absolutely despise going to a gym. They are all shysters. I can't stand being around the people in them or on the machines. I will walk in the woods all day though. Walking at home is near impossible. With me being Mr Mom, and the amount of hours my wife works, I would have to get up at 4 Am to go walking, or do it late at night when I am ready for bed
Today I walked just shy of 10 miles (according to the trip on my GPS) in a WMA. I enjoyed every step I took and every drop of sweat i dripped. I wish I could do that at least once a week
