I prefer to stay south of the Mason Dixon line, and north of the quere bars on Duval street. Give me some fried chicken, mashed taters, and gravy, some biscuits, and some yellow squash, or fried okra with a bourbon chaser, and I'm good. You guys can eat all the mangoo you like.
Tonights dinner is fresh clams from Cedar Key, steamed blue crabs, and some gumbo the wifes been cookin all day. Bon appitite!

Well last night was Mofongo and shrimp at the Dominican restaurant. Grew up eating mashed taters gust tired of them. You do know there allot of similar food between southern and the Caribbean. Pigs feet chicken fried steak cow stomach or tripe just they don't have the white gravy. No way does okra come in my house. It name is the sound you hear after you eat it ohhhcra then flush the toilet and use some mouth wash.
