Got a call from these people the other day wanting me to do some work for them at their place. I told them I was busy. So I sort of lied. So the other day my plumber is on a job and a guy says he wants him to take a look at some work. It happens to be at the islam center. I cringe every time I write that word. He goes in there and he has to take off his shoes and puts on sandals. Long story short they want some one to pull a permit so they could finish. They got red tagged. I get a call this morning and its the same guy. I found who he was and found he has got a rap sheet a mile long with a lot of serious stuff. No way I'd take my shoes off and put stinkin sandals on, that you have no idea whose stinkin feet have been in them. I carry shoe covers for a reason. I'd tell them...sorry, gotta have boots on. OSHA regs.
