Anyone care to share their thoughts on what I should use. I planted it 2 years ago as a 4 ftr. It's now pushing close to 7 ft. All in all it looks good but I have never given it anything else. Should I even bother?

I probably wouldn't worry about it if it's doing ok. They are a pretty hardy tree. Heck I've got one that came up random in a flower bed here at home. I literally chain saw it down every year or so and it keeps coming back. A hand full of 10-10-10 wouldn't hurt anything...
