I make my own hot pepper vinegar with peppers I grow here at the house. The first batch is ready to be picked now. I put that stuff on everything
Especially greens

Im more into the flavor than the heat. I used to eat stuff so hot you would need a sweat rag at the table. Now I tone it down and enjoy the flavor.
Back when my folks had a garden they made homemade hot pepper jelly.
You aint never had a good biscuit until you had some of that stuff on it.

The BBQ sauce is very tastey and has the heat to rock you with.
