Being the polite tactful person I am, I could care less how someone else says it, BUT when I'm corrected for saying it the right way by people selling them, range officers, and gun instructors, you would think they should know the correct pronunciation. Maters are correct either way. Sorry to bore y'all with my pet peeves but the range is becoming a three ring circus this time of year. they are making the guys with the bump fire stocks (at 25 yards) that not only miss the entire target, but destroy their own frames and peoples next to theirs remove the frames prior to shooting. On a good note there is lot's of eye candy around. Usually some macho dude with some jailbait hottie 12-14 year old, covered in tat's and dressed like they are walking the streets. they must cruise for dates at the local junior high school.
